   In order to offer you analytics about your online purchases, we use automatic email parsers that search for purchase receipts from your inbox and extract data about items purchased (item name, description, size, colour, quantity and picture), purchase date, price, shipping cost, and the store the purchase was made from. Our system will regularly look for new purchases to update the list of the items.

   To comply with GDPR requirements in Europe, we will only process your personal data if we have a legal basis to do so. The processing of personal data for analytics and marketing purposes is based on the user’s consent. In the case of processing your email data, we rely on your consent as the legal basis, and we will obtain your explicit consent before processing your email data for this purpose.    We use a carefully composed query to search only for online purchase related emails. There is a possibility that the query will accidentally return other sensitive email. Such email would be deleted from the system as soon as it would be identified. Listx employee can access emails returned by the query in order to improve quality of parsing, but only with user’s explicit consent.

   Listx’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

   We may, based on the items list, search for additional publicly available information such as description, technical properties, categorization and labels, maintenance data, etc about the items to enrich the item data.

   Listx collects the data to provide its users with an overview and analytics about their online purchases.
